Leg Lifts: Small but Important Exercise
Six pack abs a common dream of every common man. I will explain about a single exercise which will be going to be very helpful to get in shape of six pack abs. That exercise which I m going to explain is Leg Lifts.

This exercise is also done by lying yourself on the floor without using any mat then keep you legs straight with hands positioned on the sides. Now lift you leg up without bending your knees. Lift the leg as much as you can do it comfortably till 90 degree or less. You might not achieve 90 degrees in first time, but you will get it when practice for this exercise.
Now make leg comes down lowly and then again up. Perform this exercise repeatedly as many times as you feel comfortable. And when become fully comfortable with this exercise then increase the difficulty level of this exercise by doing it on some equipment available in gyms.
This equipment is equipped with various difficulty levels which can be adjusted according to the person’s capability. This exercise is very helpful for the help as it firms your lower abdomen. So, one should do this even if he is not preparing for six pack abs.
