Resveratrol has reported its amazing benefits in several medical fields including rat and mouse experiments, anti inflammatory, anti cancer, lowering blood sugar and other cardiovascular affects. Most of benefits of Resveratrol have been observed on human beings. It has been found that tremendously high dosages of Resveratrol (3 to 5 gm) counts for lowering down one’s blood sugar level.
